Thank you for always choosing the Berkeley House IELTS Official Test Centre. The March test dates have officially been made public. Therefore, the Early Bird Special Campaign will start in January as an early-registration discount. By registering two months before test day, you save ￥1000, so don’t miss out!
<How to Apply for the Early Bird Discount>
①When you get to the “Review” page before you pay the registration fee, select “I have a promo code.”
②Enter the below code and select “Apply code.”

※Discount will be applied only if you are registering for a March test day.
※Discount available if registering before January 31.
Please Note When Applying for the Early Bird Special Campaign:
Please read the explanation regarding the “change of test day” policy for those test-takers applying the promo code.
If you are changing the test date to date earlier than the original one you registered, the test date change fee of ￥6300 will be applied to the first change. (If you are changing the date to a later date than the original one you registered, there will be no fee for the first change, the same as the usual policy.)
E.g.
・If you are changing the test date to an earlier one: From 15 March to 14 March or before
→The ￥6300 fee will be applied from the first change.
・If you are changing the test date to a later one: From 15 March to 16 March or before
→There will be no fee for the first change, in accordance with the usual policy.
If you cancel your test, you will be reimbursed your test fee except for a handling charge of ￥6300.
(Any applications for test date changes or cancellations must be made prior to 23:59 on the 5th day before the test.)
The lunch rebate perk will be discontinued on 28 February, due to the Early Bird Special Campaign.
