UK PLUS IELTS on Paper（JP0102）にてIELTSを受験して下さった皆様へ
受験して頂きましたUK PLUS IELTS on Paper（JP102）は2022年11月をもって閉鎖致しました。 今後、移民局や海外・日本国内の大学等への成績証明書の送付を依頼される場合に、申請窓口が変更となります。申請窓口は、通常は受験されたテストセンターであり、テストセンターより直接大学等へ郵送または電子送信されますが、UK PLUS IELTS on Paper（JP102）の閉鎖に伴い、現在はイギリスのCambridge Assessment English本部が窓口になっております。

追加成績証明の送付受付・郵送については窓口がイギリスであることや、コロナの影響等で、通常より長くお時間を要する可能性がございます。その為、必要な方は出来るだけお早めに申請して頂きますようお願いします。

Please note that UK PLUS IELTS on Paper（JP102） was closed in November 2022. With the centre closure, the contact point for requesting Test Report Form to be sent to the immigration office, universities overseas and in Japan, has changed to Cambridge Assessment English Headquarters in the UK.
Please fill out the application form on the IELTS official website.

Please note that it may take longer than usual for additional Test Report Form to be mailed due to the fact that the contact point is in the UK, and due to the effects of Covid-19. Please apply as soon as possible if you need it.
